Research Areas:
o Social and political philosophy, ethics and feminist philosophy. Notions of vulnerability, power, equality and critical thinking within feminist and marxist thought.
o Philosophy of disability, bioethics, and medical humanities, especially as it concerns chronic illness (ME, fibromyalgia, POTS, women-related diseases), fatigue, pain and aging.
o The interaction of theory and practise as well as the communication of theory, in particular in social movements and activism such as in #MeToo, disability activism, and refugee movements.
